Christmas Caroling!

UPDATE – 12/19/2018:

If snow, we’re Caroling!

If rain, we’re canceling 🙁

John and Nancy Greko are organizing an evening of Christmas Caroling in the neighborhood this season. We are looking at the evening of Friday, December 21.  We have many song books and even jingle bells for ringing. Participants would just need a flashlight or penlight Meet at 5206 Gallagher at 6pm.

One hour of caroling then all are welcome back at our home for hot cocoa and cookies.

2018 Annual Bluffs and Estates Homeowners Meeting Notices (Thursday April 26)

Subject:  2018 Annual Homeowners Association Meetings
Date:  Thursday, April 26, 2018
Time:  7:30 pm
Location:  Hamburg Township Senior Center
Agenda: TBD

Both Homeowners Associations (HOAs) will hold their annual meeting in the same location at the same time this year as done in years past. The HOAs will be sharing one room and using a room divider at the Hamburg Senior Center so we can have separate meetings. Afterwards, if necessary, members from both HOAs can discuss topics pertinent to both neighborhoods, such as the park and other common items.

Please plan to either pay your annual dues of $75 prior to or at the annual meeting.  Your attendance at the annual meeting is encouraged since one-third of the Members in “Good Standing” is required for a “voting quorum” to make decisions.  If we do not get a quorum”, we must reschedule the annual meeting which wastes time and additional money for repeat room rental.  Additionally, it takes longer to conduct business this way.  Thank you for your support.

Annual Subdivision Garage Sale – Saturday May 18th, 2013 9am to 4pm

This message from Kamille Karlson:

I have put the Sub Garage Sale ad in the Livingston Press and Argus for this coming Thurs. and Fri. for our Saturday Sale.  It will also be listed on their website!!

I know others have volunteered to put the notice on the Indianola Message Board and put out the Strawberry Lake roadside Sub sale sign on Monday.  Thank you.  I’m sure most of you have noticed that there will be a Community Garage Sale in Hamburg the same day as well as individual sales.  I’m hoping that means there will be lots of people out looking for bargains so we can all get rid of our valuable clutter.  Happy selling.  I’m hoping, too, that someone will sell something tasty to eat and drink as some have in the past.  It’s a great way to get lunch on that busy day.

Per our longstanding tradition, Friday evening is reserved for neighbor-to-neighbor shopping.
